Screen Critix have a saying ‘Quality Service Promised’, and yeah sure that can sound pretty empty nowadays; but we want to go into detail about why it’s not just advertising with our site.
For starters, Carl Burgess is a collector himself. When talking to Carl we knew that things had to be a certain way, and as he pointed out as a collector you expect a certain standard. If we are honest, we know that if that standard isn’t met you will not shop with us again, or worse; you will return a product. With that said, here is an outline of our shipping process:
Step 1 – Order placed.
Step 2 – Your order will be picked.
- All of our products are stored delicately to avoid shelf wear.
- Your order will then be prepared for shipping.
Step 3 – Order shipped.
- Due care will be undertaken to ensure your item will make it to you in the best possible condition. Comics for example, are packed using hardboard to avoid creasing.
At any stage of your order you can contact our team with questions. Here are two ways to get in touch with the Screen Critix Store:
Direct e-mail contact:
Sales (at) screencritix.com
We don’t use irritating contact forms with our customers. We do however ask a few requirements, if you have placed an order:
The purchaser is the one who e-mails. Using the e-mail they did for the purchase.
You provide us with order information, the question or problem in detail, and that you give us 24 hours to reply. We will more often than not DESTROY that time estimate.
Our fast, and convenient Twitter: @ScreenCritixCS
Our suggested first line of contact is Twitter. We aim to respond to our @ScreenCritixCS account within 4 hours. You can contact us about your order, shipping details, what packaging we use, and anything else to do with our store.
